After ordering your product, we will send you an email with instructions about sending in the picture or pictures you wish to use. Since the available area on the lamp is so wide (about 1.4" x 4.5" for the small lamp, and 2" x 7" for the large), multiple pictures or very wide panoramic pictures tend to work best. Once we have your pictures, we will transform them into a black and white image which is then used as a height map on the 3d model of the lamp. After your lamp model is printed out, we assemble it together with the top, bottom, and light, then carefully package it ship it directly to you.
